Returns and Exchanges

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 30 days; If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return,your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No return or exchange on customized products (eg., Yoke Steering Wheel).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@teslkr.com with a clear pictures of the damage and give us 6 business days to file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, simply send an email to info@teslkr.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 48 hours and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Returns are only available for items with retail price above $100. Any items that were purchased for less than $100 are final sale. Still in its original packaging, and retain all certificates, guarantees, authenticity cards, original invoices, and gifts.

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. we may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact after-sales customer service immediately.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for another product, you must return your item and then purchase the product you need. Don’t worry, once the return has been accepted, we will refund your purchase amount.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you.If a purchase is returned, the gift must also be returned in its original packaging, otherwise we will deduct an amount equal to the price of the gift.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is shipped via free shipping, a 15% restocking fee would be charged to cover our expense in shipping cost. For non-free shipping items, 10% restocking fee will be charged. For unshipped items, 5% card processing fee will also be applied.

Before you begin your return, you will need to contact us at info@teslkr.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product,please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 48 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspection, public holidays, and bad weather.

Buyer’s Responsibility
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of customs duties. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
